What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what is needed to run the website.

• Information you submit. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, membership level of interest, your biggest business need, and your business goals, entered through our contact form or our chat widget.
• Messages. Emails, text messages, and chat conversations you exchange with us.
• Website activity. Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser type, and device type, collected through standard analytics and tracking scripts.
• Membership records. If you join, we keep your membership tier, start date, renewal date, and event attendance.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. If you pay for a membership, payment is handled by a third party processor and we never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your interview with Sarah Noelle.
• To deliver the membership benefits, teachings, and events you signed up for.
• To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and account notices.
• To send you marketing about our teachings, events, and membership, which you can stop at any time.
• To improve the website and understand which pages people find useful.

Text messages and SMS

When you check the consent box on our contact form, or when you text our business number first, you agree to receive text messages from The Concierge Business Collective at the number you provided. These may include appointment confirmations, reminders, event details, and occasional information about membership.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

We never sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile information collected for SMS is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. It is used only by us and by the service providers that help us deliver those messages.

Email

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it stops marketing email. We may still send you transactional email about an appointment or an active membership.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only so they can perform that work for us. These include our customer relationship platform, our email and text message delivery providers, our website host, our calendar and scheduling provider, and our payment processor. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, measure traffic, and understand which pages perform well. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Membership records are kept for the life of the membership and for a reasonable period afterward. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.

Children

This website and our membership are for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced by email to active members.
