Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Concierge, a Business Collective.

These terms apply to this website and to membership in The Concierge Business Collective, operated by Concierge, a Business Collective LLC in Salem, Oregon. By using this website or joining, you agree to them.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about us, contact us, and join. You agree not to misuse it, not to attempt to gain access to areas you are not authorized to use, and not to submit false information or someone else's contact details.

Membership

  • All memberships are annual and are billed for a full year.
  • Membership benefits depend on the tier you select. Each tier is described on the Membership page and every higher tier includes everything in the tiers below it.
  • There is no application and no waitlist. Sarah Noelle personally welcomes each new member.
  • Benefits such as warm leads, spotlights, and introductions are delivered at our reasonable discretion and are not guaranteed to produce any specific business result.
  • We may adjust the schedule, format, or location of teachings and events. We will give members notice of material changes.

Payment, renewal, and cancellation

  • Membership fees are due at the start of the membership year.
  • Memberships do not auto renew unless you are told otherwise in writing at signup.
  • Fees are non refundable once the membership year has begun, except where required by law. If circumstances change, contact us and we will try to find a fair resolution.
  • We may end a membership for non payment or for conduct that harms the community, and we will refund any unused portion in that case at our discretion.

Conduct inside the collective

This community works because members give before they take. You agree to treat other members with respect, to keep private group discussions private, and not to use member contact information for unsolicited bulk marketing. Harassment, discrimination, or predatory selling toward other members will end your membership without refund.

Member content

You keep ownership of anything you post in our community or share at an event. By posting it you give us permission to display it inside the community and, where you have agreed, to feature your business in spotlights and promotional material.

Our content

Teachings, worksheets, recordings, templates, and written material we provide are for your own business use. Please do not resell them, republish them, or distribute them outside the membership.

Communications

By joining or by submitting our contact form you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and, where you have given consent, text message. You can stop marketing email by unsubscribing and stop text messages by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No guarantee of results

We share what has worked for us and for our members. We do not promise any particular number of leads, amount of revenue, or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, your market, and your business.

Not professional advice

Nothing in our teachings, events, or communications is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult your own licensed professional before making decisions in those areas.

Third party links and services

Our site and communications may link to services we do not control, such as scheduling tools, social platforms, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Oregon law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this website or your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Oregon.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site or your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
